That is *sort of* a timeline. It would be solid if the May update is certain to tell me I’m getting one in 2021 and when delivery will be. You just noted that it is possible that despite my very early reservation and bare-bones Base build I still might be told in May that I’m pushed back to 2022. Sure, even if they tell me it will be delivered in 2024, that’s a “timeline,” but not an acceptable one for anyone who made a res on 7/13/20.

right. Ford's next milestone was May to be communicated a delivery date. It's not May yet. If this forum didn't exist, would you still be bothered? Or would you be sitting at home going.... oh boy, here comes May when Ford told me they will tell me when my Bronco will be built!

If May comes and goes, and you still don't have a delivery date, then yeah, be annoyed, they missed a milestone. (still won't make your Bronco come any quicker though)

When I heard May, I looked at the calendar and said to myself, I should know by May 28th when I'll be getting my Bronco this year. (5/31 is Memorial day). So until then. I'm just patiently waiting.

As for your comment on might be told in May you're a MY22... I'd say that's more on your dealer than Ford. Ask them to tell you if you're within their allocations (likely are if you're a 7/13 reservation). So if you are, you'll get it this year. And you'll know when this year..... in (you guessed it) May! If you're not within their allocations... well prepare for a MY22, and hope for the best.

I have ordered a Jeep and I did get my vin next day. That is true.

I have NOT canceled my Bronco order and never stated that I did.

I am still hanging out here because in 9 or so month of waiting I have really come to like this forum and many of the users. I have an interest in how things are going for many of the users and want to stay up to date on everything.

I hope that things go well and people that have and continue to stick it out are happy with the product they receive.
