Anyone with a OuterBanks with roof racks (blend date 4/24) get a built status yet? Just trying to see if it’s all those on IP limbo.
4/24 OBX with racks and tow package here, still in progress 🤷‍♂️

I spoke with the "Marketing Department" at Ford today (800-334-4375) asking them for the rail car number that my Bronco is being transported in (It was built on 4/24 and shipped on 4/25). They said the rail companies are no longer supplying that information to Ford because it was "abused" by so many people. Not sure I believe that Ford doesn't have those numbers but I do believe the rail companies were probably inundated with calls. I think a better response would be for the rail companies to create an online system that allowed you to check location based upon railcar number instead of having such an archaic system in place that causes them to feel abused

I think there must be some production issues this week. A lot of scheduled for production vehicles have not been updated. We’ll get pushed to next week as it’s already end of day.

Thanks. I suspected that since I had seen others saying they had recently gotten the railcar number. So I just called them back and even though this time the support rep admitted he could see the railcar number they are standing firm regarding not giving it out to me. He did go online and tell me its current location and planned route. Anyway, I'll just get the number from my dealer instead of dealing with the corporate monster :cautious:

Thank you!

I see a tear tag with 3 letters and one digit. Does that mean it's built?
Yes, tear tag means that all the modules checked out. It's alive!!
