How does one find out how many are allocated to a dealer? I was told there was 31 before me, But Have no idea how many will be my21 or pushed off to 22 ? Or does it still go by timestamp, meaning that a slow dealership could end up with nearly zip . Just curious, as I plan to wait until doomsday to get my Bronco.

My dealer didn't ask for anything other than the initial $100 and I wasn't expecting them to ask for more.

I transferred my reservation to a different dealer, the order was placed, and I received the confirmation email. My original 100 was refunded to me, but it was never requested I pay another 100 deposit. I'm a bit confused and hopefully that doesn't negatively impact anything. My current dealer (family friend) stated i was their first transfer reservation so everything looks good and I didn't need to do anything else.

Long story short, should I be worried?

Nope, don't have to have a deposit if you transfer, Ford's system couldn't transfer the money so it had to be a refund. You're good.

That sucks. I thought it would be close to 70...so I should be happy I guess if it doesn't reach it, but I was hoping the people guessing 30-40 would be right.

The 15% difference ( 57-42 ) would represent 26 % of all orders to date. 15/57 =26.3 %

The point is this may go beyond some dealers harvesting dead reservations to bump up to allocations or max out the 20 % ( stock ). Maybe some held back entering them and waited for last minute customer changes?

I need about 10 people at my dealers top 50 that have allocations ahead of me to fall into the percentage that doesn't convert! SOOOO close to being in the first round. I guess I'll find out tomorrow!
