Now that you mention the State 5-0's colors - it makes sense. My wife really likes that color so we're happy with our color choice. We have a statie friend who brings his SUV home with him so we'll check more closely.

Regardless of how much I like Area 51, if it is the same color as the Amazon vans, that rules that color OUT for me.

I just cant drive a car that's the same color as a bunch of delivery vans running around.

I tend to think that Ford makes that color custom for Amazon. Ford website only shows "Blue Jeans Metallic" for the Transit. But I saw an Amazon van the other day and it looks very close to what I think the Area 51 will look like.

I haven't been able to find a paint code for Ford Transit Amazon vans.

The thought of driving around in an Amazon color is a show stopper. If they are close in color, I'll now be deciding between AMB and Carbonized Grey.

It's deceiving, but its supposed to be non-metallic. Not flat, per say.

Non metallic. So flat in the sense of no metallic flake, but it'll have a shiny/reflective clear coat, so not technically a "flat" color.

Has amazon been displaying a very similar version of the Area 51 bronco color for a few years now with all of their vans driving around? If Area 51 looks like this, I have my color locked in.

Cactus gray is a very confusing color as well haha

The colors in that photo have been heavily edited, though. The saturation is cranked way up. It looks gorgeous, but it's not representative of cactus gray in real life.
