If you want to tow things, go without the sas package.Towing is improved with stiffer suspension and tires. I've got a base and it'll tow more than the other trims

One of the reasons I chose the Bronco is because lockers come in handy, for pulling my wheel house up icy lake accesses. I would've chosen another trim if I couldn't have gotten the SAS, because of the towing advantage. My Base 4 door, with the 2.7 auto sas, has the same max loaded trailer limit as any other Base.

Fwiw, I never intend to tow more than a small utility trailer to haul camping stuff or yard mulch the 1/2 mile from the landscape center.

Can't fit much in my 2dr base Base.

Hey all!

Will try to start reading every post from the beginning but it may take sometime! Picking up 4 Door Base with hard top this afternoon in iconic silver. Already have some OBX take offs and appointment for tints. This model also has the 4 aux switches.

Any must add ons for the interior/exterior? I know the speakers will need to be upgraded immediately!

N-Fab Side Steps Next Week

Edit: SPLASH GUARDS/MUD FLAPS - right away!

I'd recommend getting some PPF for the door jambs soon.
I've not done it yet, but my list would be:

• door jambs
• tail gate by the exterior handle - because I never seem to actually use the handle to shut it...nobody does actually.
• leading edge of the hood
• rocker panels to help with rock chips

speaking of rock chips, get some mud flaps up front RIGHT AWAY! I used the Ford ones for about $50, installed easy as pie in about 15/30 minutes. Literally first took 25 to figure it out , youtube it, etc etc, the second took about 5 minutes, LOL!

for PPF , I see Expel has various DitY kits, a rocker panel kit, a "wear and tear" kit that looks like it may be door jambs and door handle cups. I've read suggestions to just buy a bulk roll and cut it yourself ...much cheaper. I'd guess a 6" wide roll would work, check for yourself before ordering.
