Yep, my "free" swap would be a Black Diamond or a Basesquatch - so for me I am wondering if I just toss in a few $ to move up to something fancier. Thinking Badlands, but really want to see these things in person first. I am in no rush though (at all), but I have the patience of a small child.
I've driven both new F150s and Rangers at work. So confidence is high that even a Base Bronco will be great.

A good law of Jeepland is that if you are even considering bigger tires, or a better drivetrain, GO WITH the biger/ better. Or you will pay extra later upgrading.

If you have the cheddar, Go Badlands.

Base all day! 4-Door Manual. Will go straight to Summit Racing to get my smoothie Or cragar style rims and paint the grill white.

Yup. As time grinds on I am moving towards Base 4 door, Rapid Red and that is it. If I really hate the rubber 33s sooner. Really looking forward to topless operation. May still do the 2 door in Iconic Silver.

I’m looking at doing 255/85 16s on the base rims 33", may even fit without a lift.....I love the skinny tires...only hope is that rear lockers were a stand alone option for the base....I’m just doing the 2.3 with 7spd manual
I'm looking at wanting 33's on the Base 16's also. I assume they'll fit given the conversations out here. Width will be the issue, if too wide you may need spacers.

That’s why I’m going with the skinny tire, only 10" wide, that’s narrower then what’s standard on most of the models....a level kit maybe a good option too

Your 10" tire is pretty on par with the stock on most of the trims.

Think a 285/75R16 would fit, 32.8"x11.22"?

I was thinking leveling kit too, but after the rtt and bumpers and possibly winch.

I’m looking at 255/85 16 yeah close, 33.1 x 10

From people asking questions at super cel east you can't fit anything larger than 32" on stock base

Same here. Are we sure 33"s will fit on Base? Someone out here said that 32"s are max on Base.
Probably won’t know for sure until we actually get it...I’ll deal with 32s if I have to, knowing the Big Bend and BD have 32s and the same suspension as the base at least we know they’ll work...but I think a level kit will allow 33s

I plan on adding a rtt and modular front bumper, and possibly a winch and a steel bumber in the rear. That's gonna cost me at least an inch in height. Gotta add a lift kit just to get back to original.
