Or is it that most 33s require 7.5" rims but for the 255/85 r16. People stick other 33s on 7s but t would be "not be recommended". Need clarification.
I believe there will be a little more rounding on the tread surface. I put them on my z71 years ago with the same wheels size. If a reputable tire shop “will” do it, I would do it

General reccomend rim size range for the 255/85R16 is 6.5"-8"
I don't know of a single tire in that size which recommends 7.5"-8".
Would be very odd .

The Base and BD grills are my favorite. Most similar to the early bronco. I finally settled on getting a Base, but I want the white “bronco” lettering.

Would it be easier to paint or wrap, to do it yourself?

DIY hand paint won't be bad. My hope is someone makes laser cut vinyl decals to stick over the lettering and just slap that on. Easier, cleaner than painting
The ones I've bought for the motorcycle are nice. But cycle doesn't see bad weather.
I've also thought about buying a factory paint pen from Ford, Oxford White or velocity blue and using that.

Just plasti dip it. Easy to use and can be removed if you want to try another color or don't like it.

I'll have to start with 32's, since I'll be adding rtt, bumper and other stuff that will drop the height. I'll lift it a bit when I'm done adding major weight, get to where I can add 33's on my second set of tires.

I was thinking white tape and a exacto knife. I wonder if I should use 3m reflective white tape or color key the letters Red to match the paint.

Let's just say my limited results with Plasti dip are less than desirable:ROFLMAO::censored:

The Badlands runs on 33" Does that have a "Factory Lift" installed to allow the 33's. I thought it was when you got to Sasquatch or Wildtrack (sassed) that's when the suspension gets bigger?

Base trim, so what do we think the widest we can go on a tire? I suppose a 255/75R17 which is almost 8" wide, stock on Big Bend. Would like to 10" if possible.

255 should be around 10.1" wide. 265 are around 10.5".

My issue is that I want the Sasquatch everything(lockers n suspension), but don't want the wide wheels and tires that come with it. And I don't know if the Sasquatch is going to lift it too much, that putting on a 33 will make it look like the tires are too small
