Naw... increased more than that.
  • October 2021 price increase: $250
  • March 2022 price increase: $1,250
  • July 2022 price increase: $500
Those were all base price increases. No price increase on any other option or package. In my signature there is a link to a price protection flowchart, has all the details with all of the price increases for all of the trims.
This is incorrect. The correct is below, from the link I provided.

Alright, let's do this.

2021 Base 4-Door with Sasquatch.
  • Base Price: $33,200
  • Advanced Transfer Case: $795
  • 2.7L Engine: $1,895
  • Automatic Transmission: $1,595
  • Sasquatch Package: $4,995
  • Total: $42,480
2022 Base 4-Door with Sasquatch
  • Base Price: $35,200
  • Advanced Transfer Case: $795
  • 2.7L Engine: $1,895
  • Automatic Transmission: $0
  • Sasquatch Package: $6590
  • Total: $44,480
Cost difference: $2,000

As I mentioned earlier, the automatic transmission becomes "free" if and only if you pick the Sasquatch package. In effect, this means if you ordered an automatic transmission, the cost of the Sasquatch package did not increase.

If you wanted to be picky about it... then yes... the Sasquatch package price did increase, but your transmission became free when you picked the Sasquatch package (it was not free in 2021).

...and in the meantime, the price of a loaf of Italian bread went from $2 to $3. Same brand, same store. Welcome to the world of an inflation rate not seen in 40 years. Sucks, but that's reality today...

This is also incorrect unless prices vary that much regionally or you are now using job 2 pricing.

I'm comparing 2021 pricing to the current 2022 pricing.

If you want the original 2022MY pricing from October 2021, base price was $33,450. Everything else was the same.

Badlands has the Sway Dis and the ability to add High and Lux. Its pretty simple. If you don't rock crawl and don't have a need for the High or Lux package, stay with BD. I use my Bronco for hunting and fall into that category, nothing in High or Lux was needed so BD it was (I also really dislike all black interiors, boring). Ford messed up and should have had the 33" package and High on the BD and kept the Badlands trim maxed out.

I agree. I want the cameras and the LEDs, but my concern is weight. I'd like to have the option of adding rooftop tent and winch. Not for overlanding or rock crawling, but for remote beaches.
weight? then you dont want either trim as they both have steel front and rear bumpers along with full bash plates. Get a base, big bend or Outer banks as they all have non of those things even with SAS pkg. Additionally you dont need SAS for driving on a beach. Any bronco should be fine on sand. If you want 4 auto then you need a minium black diamond trim. I like the idea of AWD for a daily and bad weather. The BD and BL both have the vinyl interioir which is the main reason I wanted both. That said i have a WT on order cause it was what I could find and the 3.0 suspeions seems cool as much as I would prefer a BD SAS ht over it to save a little on features I dont really need. High pkg is nice for ease of parking sensors and stuff. I dont care about the 12" screen its just as fast as the smaller one and offers no advantage aside from size. More epxneisve to replace if it breaks lol. If you want high pkg and want low weight get a outer banks non SAS and throw some 32" k02 on it for sand. keeping stock height you wont need to worry about recalibration
