Yes, my dealer had received 7 customer builds before this last mass round of mass emailsā€¦ā€¦.how many have been delivered? I couldnā€™t say.

We can agree to disagree, but I donā€™t think you will find any publicized mention of either allocations or priority orders or VIP orders at rollout, when reservation holders were notified of the reservation processā€¦ā€¦.reservation number, commodity constraints and maybe one other factor in the formula, but not the others I mentioned. In fact, to my knowledge, Ford never publicly commented on those aspects (VIP and Priority Orders) of the process until maybe just before implementation, and I believe it was selectively leaked in advance to lessen the the impact as opposed to a public acknowledgment.

Im not sure if VIPs have received their Broncos yet, or if dealerships have received any of their dealer stock. But, you can bet theyā€™ve been scheduled ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦and lots have received their priority orders as they were the first vehicles scheduled after being allowed to jump the line ahead of people waiting for over a year.
So I was super luckily made a priority order by my dealership. I think because of my deployments they said. I certainly didnā€™t ask for it or know it existed. Hey I was a THIRD hour reservation(it took the website that long ) Other priority orders Iā€™ve spoken with were also 7/13 reservations. Why do folks assume the worst, that dealers are giving priority builds just to rich people or nephews or that the priority builds were for late reservations? I have had my build date move 4 times too. Just saying.

I wish more dealerships had of done what yours did. I never said all. But good for you.

The train may be officially coming off the tracks. Looks like there will be more downtime the week of 8/16 and/or 8/23. In the spirit of tempering expectations, I'd anticipate some of the August production scheule getting blown up.

Plant brass meeting this morning.
I received an email last night late that my F.E original build date of 8/23 got pushed up to week of 8/9.. I guess Iā€™ll just keep hope alive that itā€™s not soon delayed again. Thanks for the update.

i just did to Today. Yet, two days ago, I asked my dealer and he said 8/23. Though I never got an email for that change from Ford. Oh well.
I posted earlier in this thread that I didnā€™t think they were shutting down the week of August 23 because at the start of this thread and for the next two weeks my build week of the 23rd was holding until a couple of minutes ago when I received my third bump email. Now itā€™s September 13. Iā€™m a pretty patient person but Iā€™m ready to loose it.

I am starting to think we are seeing PremierDrum's (intentionally not tagged, he doesn't need it) off the rails statement is coming to view. Production dates of end of September/October being sent through emails are highlighting that production is at a crawl and now where what is needed. I have refrained from chiming in when people get all tin foil hattish, but holy crap. No real scheduling for weeks, build dates hopping around like hot potatoes, and dates that are months out. Before we know it will be December and 22 MY...

How the heck are they going to get this thing under control...

Capt. Iā€™m pretty sure that people are upset with the priority orders because no one knows how the whole thing worked. It does look like a lot of the early builds went to Military people which is a good thing but Ford should have at least explained how it was going to work. Knowledge is power and good communication is key to a successful operation and Ford hasnā€™t communicated at all.

Plant brass meeting this morning.

7/1 email -- Production week of August 16th
7/31 email -- Production moved to week of August 23rd
8/6 email -- Production moved to week of August 30th
8/7 email -- Production moved to week of September 20th

Apparently they had an epiphany on the 7th! Oh well, they've got 6 weeks to delay it even further.

It's sad, this country once had an amazing industrial complex. Now everything is outsourced, aircraft manufacturers design jets to crash, auto manufacturers don't realize they need to order (functional/operational) parts to assemble vehicles, and the list goes on. What a turd we're handing to the next generation.

Crossing my fingers and praying I don't get the 8/7 email.

Here are some facts:
1. I was scheduled originally to be built on 7/19.

2. Most of the FEs being built next week were scheduled AFTER my Bronco was already on the schedule.

3. They have the commodities to build my Bronco because it is all the same parts as an FE without the stickers.

Why even schedule my build? Why make a commitment to build my Bronco in July then pull new unscheduled Broncos into the schedule with the same commodities and bump mine? How is this reasonable? I get most are FEs but what exactly is that saying? They're not sure they can build mine and all of the FEs so they're bumping me until they're sure???
