Not sure if this is the same as the ebay version, but @Jb7 has a post that has helped me a ton with the Amazon version
I started to use this, but then I was looking at the photos on the eBay listing and these aren’t quite in the right spot.

Ah interesting, I heard somewhere else they were different somehow - the ebay version was a single piece or something? Maybe that's just how it's packaged/shipped is different.
I do recall there being another version that was one piece, but my box part number from Amazon, Lyam-731, is the part numbered listed for this eBay bumper which looks identical.
I just had to keep messing around with them until I got it where I was able to access everything. It seemed I was shorted on the clips and only used four (two on each side) where you would put the fog lights. So my mounting bracket is only secured with two bolts, but it's definitely secure. It was not a fun process figuring it out.
This is interesting….. how man clips came with yours?Well it's on... I don't totally love the bumper. Save yourself some headache and get the speed nut clips from Ace or AutoZone. The supplied one are weak.
Those speed nut clips go on the inner brackets that support the ends and brackets that the big anchors sandwich.
When mounting the clone to the truck, I needed to use three washers on the bottom mount to level it out.
18 in the bag, plus 4 already installed.
I wonder if we could convince someone with this bumper to take it off and take some pictures of the mounting points
It's fairly straightforward, I thought I took a picture of all the locations that needed the speed clips and what uses bolt/nut.
