I got the black jks ones and Rc makes some too. From what I researched on them Duramax guys running 1000 lbs + tq we’re breaking their tie rods while launching but after added sleeves theyre hold up. So I’m sure they definitely add some strength or they wouldn’t be using them.
That's good to know. I was wondering if there was any real world testing/evidence that these actually worked

Cease and Desist delivered in 5, 4, 3….
I have a hard time believing Tyler Mason’s patent would hold up to any kind of scrutiny. Tie-rod splints have been around forever and other people sell them. He is a patent troll and he deserves to be slapped down by the community for chasing lawyers after people.

100% agree but he is wholly reliant on “little guys” like this backing down and not being cash strapped well enough to do battle

After all, itis the American way 😁

Funny we don't see him posting his break-it vids much here.

I'll take two $25 KIAs over the BB band-aid any day and PROUDLY display them....🤣
You and me both! I don't have any issue with the fact that they were originally designed for a Kia. I just wish Ford hadn't tried to save a few dollars and under spec the steering.

Well I got my RC knuckle installed, and now my tie rod is STRAIGHT....here some pics...It looks like this will not only relieve stress on the tie rod but also the rack.

Question, how much thicker is the casting of the RC knuckle than the stock one? I got a unique glimpse at a cross section of the stock knuckle.

Traffic crash?

You got it...get hit square on the tire. Found the thickness of the knuckle a little thin but geometry and material type makes a difference on strength of a part. The upper and lower control arms were still attached. Tie rod was fine.

Agreed, that is a unique view. Sorry. That stinks.
