Ford Ordering Email received today

I have two August reservations( for now, and will start a new thread when I cancel one) and have not received an email. Maybe Ford isn’t wasting time sending out emails to those who have no shot of receiving a 2021.

Maybe your dealer is batching their emails by salesperson? Person A - here's 10, get these done and when you are done I'll get you 10 more. etc etc

I thought the email is coming from big Ford and not the dealership. Maybe Ford is using our dealership‘s allocations and only sending them out those who have a reasonable shot at a MY21 and will get the rest of us down the road.

Both. Ford sends 2 or 3 over the course of your build (from the PowerPoint) and the dealer will communicate when your turn is ready.

My understanding anyway.

Maybe they are using the USPS to deliver their messages. I just got Christmas Cards postmarked the middle of December.

There was literally no time ever when Ford said Broncos would start being delivered in March.

If you think they have not moved estimated delivery dates you have not been paying attention. I have followed the roll out of this car for years - from the first speculation. If they stuck to the original estimates I would have been driving the car for 2 years now.

I'd probably blame bad planning more than China, but ok.
