It isn't always easy to find the answers to what you want to know. Sometimes, the answer you seek is in an unrelated thread or the thread has been derailed with nonsense, you could spend hours trying to find answers.
Then, you have those that ask a question and it was answered 2 pages back. Those are the one's I feel like unloading on. That's just plain being lazy and expecting someone else to do their work for them.

That's fine. I mean I could have bought a Chevy/GMC truck w/ my employee pricing but chose to buy a Ford. I'm also a 2 Jeep household and have 3 other family members with Jeeps that have zero issues with the Jeep brand and Ive been a diehard for sure, if Ford wants to push me further towards staying a diehard and ordering 2 new Jeeps at 7% below invoice, that's their choice. People wouldn't be complaining if Ford just communicated better, even if they know the news would upset people. Staying silent is the worst thing to do when people have options.

I called them yesterday, asking about Outer Banks leather options with one saying powered and the other manual both at same price and the rep couldn't find the answer. He even put me on hold to ask someone else. Ultimately, he said he'd put in a ticket to have someone research it.
