I responded on the other thread but actually I disagree….

yes, the directions are HORRIBLE..

BUT…this step makes clear you pull back the felt for clip “D”….(see the arrow)

D goes over the hole to create a place for the screw but not over the felt too.

now the C clip at the bottom DOES go over the felt, but NOT the D clip

So what holds C clip up in place? The thickness of the felt liner and the thickness of the felt liner? Or is there a slot in the fender flare lip?

each flap has 3 C clips

on the side of the mud flap you can see kind of two slots where the c clips go on the side

when you push them onto the flap and fender it’s very tight

I've had mine on for about 15k and yesterday I noticed the clips that hold it to the flares have come off.

Anyone have a part number for just the clips?
