Not true, you get both. I got confirmation on this from the Bronco Brand Manager himself. I helped get another Bronco owner on this forum both offers not too long ago. Tell them to reach out to their Sales and Inventory Specialist or Sales and Inventory Manager to get the second offer honored. They may need to see the order with the Sasquatch on it before the offer was given and then what the order looks like now but once you can show both, they will get the offers loaded into SmartVincent for you.
Thank you, I will and I greatly appreciate the informative video you made on the subject. Currently I'm in a holding pattern waiting for his response.

I assume due to the fact that you mentioned Stivers Ford that it is the dealership that placed your order. If so, I am having the same problem as you are. They aren’t honoring my price protection/rebate and seem totally unconcerned about it. I am beginning to wonder if perhaps they want customers to walk away from their orders so they can add an additional markup and make more money than they can from the customer that placed the original order. Stivers is the type car dealership that gives car dealers a bad name. I regret placing my order with them and never would have done so had their salesman not lied to me, telling me that their owner was on the Ford board of directors and that they could have Bronco orders filled quicker than any dealership in the country. If you have any success in obtaining a rebate or having price protection honored, please post a follow-up message.
You are correct this is Stivers and I was told when I placed my order that they could get the vehicle in 8 weeks. They are 1 year and 4 months late. I agree they may want us to walk from our orders. Very poor representation of what could be a great product for Ford. I will keep you updated.

I sent an email to my contact with Ford, and ask for him to reach out to the Rep in your dealer's Region. Hopefully, they will reach out to your dealer very soon and get it all cleared up for you. Crossing my fingers for you.

Your dealer should be giving you the price on your order from 10/11/22 plus the transition private offer from haveing a 22MY order and the order modification offer of $2500 for making the changes that Ford asked you to make to get it scheduled.
Thank you! I do appreciate your help.

I am so confused by Stivers and their approach to customers. Tim you are such a positive representative for Ford. You are watching out for the brand and the customer. Thank you sir.

Here is a copy of a post I made in our "build week" thread. It's just more information for you...

But on the pricing front, there was a lot of back and forth. First, they came back with my sticker and said your price is MSRP minus the $2595 certificate "offer". I said no, look at the sticker, it has all of the accessories at the higher price, I know we get protected for those increases... I showed him the flow chart (that made things worse) and they were highly defiant about the 6g flow chart and said it's not correct. They've seen it from other customers and have confirmed with Ford that it's inaccurate. But he also said I should have protection from those equipment adds.

He said "hold on", and off to the managers office he went.

When he came walking back past where I was sitting, he said "alright, I think we got it now, give me a couple minutes"... About 5 minutes later he came out and said, "I got the answer".

He said the pricing they will be invoiced (and thus the MSRP charged to you) is based on the last DORA that was created for you. So every time you made a change to your order, a new DORA was created. He said "I printed your most recent DORA and here's a copy for you. Take the MSRP on the DORA and deduct the $2595 and that's your price."

My DORA price from OCT 14 of 2022 (last change made) is $3360 less than my sticker price. Then deducting the $2595 from the DORA puts me at $200 difference from the "flow chart". I can live with that and I have copies of it. ;)

I would gladly answer any questions you may have. Your dealer ay not do it, but ask for a copy of the last DORA that was created for you. That is likely when you converted your 22 to a 23 model year. That is the MSRP (it's on the DORA) that you should be working with. It does NOT include the 23 model year price increases...

Good luck.

Thank you, that is exactly what I requested from them. I am good with the last DORA, less the equipment removed, less the $2500 certificate for the Ford Requested equipment removed. Now, just waiting on the response......

JDL, I was told the exact same thing, eight weeks. That was in December 2021. No telling how many people placed orders with them because they were lied to about how long the wait would be. I would loved to see them sued for their false and deceptive business practices. If such a suit was filed , I would love to join in as a plaintiff. I want to warn you of more of their scams. When I received the worksheet showing me the total cost, they had an $895.00 charge for “tint and screen protection.” When I balked at that, they claimed it was placed on my worksheet by accident because they add that to all non-special orders. You can also expect to be charged around $900.00 for their administrative fees.

It’s my understanding that the dealer is invoiced for the vehicle at the price level of the vehicle at the time that it’s ordered - ie, what’s on the DORA. Therefore, the dealer is never “reimbursed” anything from Ford for price protection with regard to model year ‘23 price increases that occurred after the time of order, because the dealer was never charged for those increases.
The Dealer is invoiced based on the invoice when built. Once the dealer submits the paperwork showing that it was sold to the customer who ordered it, Ford "re-invoices" and corrects the price electronically.

This is how Ford has done it for at least 50 years (except for the electronic part).

The $200 may be the increase in delivery fee. It's been pretty hit/miss as to whether the dealers understand that that is also supposed to be covered.

When I got mine in February I called Ford directly and got the offer number which was specific to me and then called my sales person and gave it to them. If I remember correctly it was like $2350 or something off the MSRP because of when I placed my order. It was correct based of the flow chart posted somewhere on this forum. It had the specifics on depending on when you ordered and which model you ordered.

Thank you for that Information. No Dealers should take advantage of their customers like that, I am going to do a little research.

The bottom line is they have us over a barrel and they know it. If we walk away from our orders due to their failure to honor price protection, they will slap an extra $5,000 onto the price of the Bronco and sell to someone else. In the meantime if we placed a new order, we will have to pay the higher price with no assurance that the new order will be built. If I had know then what I know now, I would never have ordered from Stivers Ford. If you read their reviews on Yelp, which I didn’t do beforehand, you will see the reviews from a lot of dissatisfied customers.

My Dealer, Landers in Memphis, was clueless to the price protection, I got my voucher number from ford marketing, provided specific directions to the dealership on how to apply it, they honored it and reduced the price at time of paperwork/ closing. Used my own bank for financing. Everyone in the dealership was freakn out how I got $4k off my Everglades which they sold to me at MSRP minus the price protection.

my price protection was based off my original wildtrack order placed in September of 2021 I switched to Everglades in November of 22, delivery in feb of 2023.

Dont let their ignorance screw you to what you are entitled to.
