Good Day All, I must say I have been reading the "What's New" page for about a year now, almost every day. I enjoy all the ideas and information shared by this group. What a great bunch of people, with a common joy of great vehicles. I placed my Bronco order quite some time ago and have been patiently-Impatient, waiting on my vehicle. I recently received my build date (5/11/23) and I am waiting.... TODAY, I once again, pressed my dealer to verify pricing for me so we could get this out of the way.

HE TOLD ME; We have no certificates for you, so "no price protection." What Kind of bull is that!

Ordered- 11/2/21
Re Ordered 23 model Per Ford - 10/11/22
Dropped my Sasquatch Package Per Ford Request - 2/17/23
Scheduled for production 5/11/23 on - 3/23/23
Still in Build..

Thanks to you all; Price Chart shows that I should have the following pricing:

-Private offer $2,450.00 (Badlands 2 door, order before Sept 9,2022) My order was in Nov, 2021.
-Retail price protection $2,000.00 (Badlands 2 door)
-Retail price protection $500.00 (Badlands 2 door, window sticker after 3/15/2023)
-HD Bumper Retail price protection $150 (Badlands 2 door.)
-Incentive to remove Sasquatch package $2500 (Badlands 2 door)

Overall price protection and incentive $7,600.00 off of MSRP.
MSRP on Window Sticker is $57,000.

I don't know if this is monitored by FORD, but I am beyond furious! Are just some people price protected? Is this a scam by my dealer "Stivers Ford Birmingham." This is absolutely NOT RIGHT!

Please provide some direction on what you all feel my next steps should be.

Any changes to address from when you placed original order?

There have been a bunch of other forum members who were not found in the SmartVincent system, and thus appeared to not have eligible certificates or price protection. For many of them, it was due to a minor change in their address since placing their order.

It's too early to blow a lid.
Certificate is easy to get by calling Ford and getting the certificate number
Other than that you have no real recourse. Ford could give a shit, market is numb because dealers keep doing this bullshit and you are getting screwed.
All you could do is to leave bad reviews.
Don't go ape ship on them yet. Wait for the car to hit the lot and try to talk to the highest person you can find: general manager or dealer owner

Ugh! I am sure you are right but after all this time I'm ready to pull the trigger and go ballistic!
Could be just a big misunderstanding and you talked to a low lvl sales guy. They are not even suppose to give you OTD without the car being there. For what I know the car can get damaged in shipping and they can't sell it anymore.
Don't burn the bridge yet. Have all your documentation ready and be prepared for when the purchase time comes. Sometimes left doesn't know what right does .
Unfortunately is very stressful .

Thank you for being a voice of Calm in the storm. Ford has such a great opportunity with this vehicle, it is a shame that they are letting their dealers burn it to the ground! Any advice is appreciated.

The run around has begun! The Sales manager says I get the $2,500 certificate for changing my order to Non-Sasquatch, but none of the other certificates. Hmm, not sure what that means.

For starters you can mention the dealer. Not to sham them but to see if you can find other fellow Bronco buyers that were successful in getting a good deal from the dealer. See who they use for their deal and try to steer the sale towards that sales person or name drop if you have someone else. If it's a low volume dealer they might not know of the whole process.

I wonder how many people have had a good experience with Stiver's Ford in Birmingham, AL. They are a pretty big dealer, with multiple locations. Eddie Stiver is the owner.
