I do recommend to buy an extra set of axel bolts just in case. The bolts are super soft and bent one.

luckily the dealership had a spare one

2 door vs 4 doors suspension is not that much of a difference. I guess there is only 2 types of springs and i lucked out with the lighter springs set.

the suspension is night and day. I totally recommend the suspension if you can. So much smoother and not as harsh of a ride.
The suspension actually leveled out the car and now even all around.

i was able to score some for $1400 with like 600 miles on them
Was that just from a private seller?

Looks like what I am needing to buy is the following.
I am planning to ask my Ford dealer to get me a quote on the parts.
I do have a wholesale part account with them, so prices should be a little under retail prices.

Needed parts list.
2-Door HOSS 3.0
  • Front
    • Struts: NB3Z-18124-A
    • Springs: NB3Z-5310-C
  • Rear
    • Struts: NB3Z-18125-A
    • Springs: NB3Z-5560-B

I have a high spec 2dr Badlands SAS with 2.7L and Tow pkg.
Would those part numbers be correct?

No idea if this is accurate but look at the 4-doors the Badlands non-sas, and 2-door Sas Broncos with the 2.3 Engines, they show different rear springs with the tow package.

Based on the cookbook here I should have the following springs on my Bronco.

Front = MB3Z-5310-L
Rear = MB3Z-5560-C

If I understand what I am reading in this thread correctly the springs I have now would fit on the Fox HOSS 3.0 shocks.

Is that correct?

How did you know if you got the lighter or the heavier springs with the takeoff set you bought?

If you're willing to wait a few weeks I will have a HOSS 3.0 take-off (from my '23 Wildtrak) with roughly 4,000 miles on them. Installing ICON Stage 6 suspension, so I will have the front & rear shocks, springs and control arms available.

Thanks, but I pulled the trigger on these this morning.

I just hope they fit ok.

Part numbers seem to be all over the place, and nothing seems very consistent.

These are off a 4dr.
I sure hope they fit and work like they should on my 2dr.

Those are the AY springs that I have they work on the 2 or 4 door. The 5534-AV springs are for the broncos with tow pkg so they are a bit stiffer but you are good. If your lucky enough your front springs are 5310-AV but are most likely 5310-AY because of the modular front bumper.
The ones I bought today are AYB and AVB?
Does the B matter, if not then sounds like I have bought the softer 4dr springs which should be ideal for my 2dr if I am following the info in this thread correctly.

The spring code AY is soft and AV is heavy.
Since you have the 2.7 up front you should be ok.

i lucked out and got both AY since i have the 2.3

Those are engineering part numbers, here are the corresponding service parts numbers:

NB3C-5310-AVB = NB3Z-5310-C
NB3C-5534-AYB = NB3Z-5560-B
NB3C-18045-KC = NB3Z-18124-B

No, your good to go that’s the softest setup your gonna get from a 4dr with hoss 3.0. They should work well on your 2dr let us know how it works out.

I have run multiple vins on both 2dr and 4dr wildtrak and all the 4drs in the heaviest setups with the heavier modular front bumper run the AY front springs but I have come across a few soft tops with the lighter capable bumper running the AV front springs also a few 2drs running the AV front springs so with that I would say AV’s on the front might be a bit lighter but either way it should be fine. They are the 5310-C springs.
