What size light bars are you planning on using? The 40 or 50 inch light bar? Thanks.
Rigid 40" curved with BG brackets and a diffuser.

How are y'all powering the light bars?
AUX-1 switch has a max of 30A, but the wiring from the front roof location is pretty thin, and I'm not sure it's enough to handle the draw.
Has anyone experienced any issues?

Have the 50" KC Pro6 LED light bar sitting in my basement waiting on my Bronco. I'll be using BAMF brackets.

I ended up swapping the oem AUX switches to a SwitchPros 9100 with a mount printed by SDHQ.
Plenty of power and options, and replaced the oem wiring with heavy gauge wiring.

Looks good! Exactly which wiring did you swap? The leads from the fusebox? I had understood that the switches themselves didn't carry any current.

The presupplied wiring from the roofline through the A-pillar was swapped, and the wiring from the front grill to the fusebox was swapped.
By saying swapped, I actually mean that I didn't replace the wiring, but just used better wiring in it's place, as I left the OEM wiring there. Didn't want to risk having an electrical fire.

Oh I gotcha, yeah that makes sense, its a bummer they didn't run thicker wire to the roof top position. I also don't like that you have to give up one of the two power extensions to the glovebox. What if I want power in the glovebox AND in the rear, AND the rooftop?

I used the 42" LasFit Auto lighting light bar with Quake LED brackets. Great quality for a great price.

How's your wind noise with the light bar? Notice any changes?
I noticed mine will start whistling a tune between 81 mph up to 86 mph.
Since that's in my range of normal highway cruising speeds, it's getting a bit annoying on longer drives.
Until my Trailrax roof rack comes in with the wind deflector, I'll have to stay under 80 mph.

TBH, it gets pretty noisy above 70 mph. I'm think about getting the rigid brackets (link in my Youtube video's description) that sit it lower to see if that helps. I may just take it off/on for long road trips.

What kind of noise do you get?
Mine is a high pitched whistling noise.
