Does anyone know what is the equivalent GOAT mode to AWD to maintain power to all 4 wheels and and traction control when high speed on slippery surfaces?

Maybe just hit the 4A button (assuming you have the 4A transfer case) and call it good instead of trying to scroll through a bunch of settings that does the same thing?

That is best case scenario. I put in a lot of highway miles and a 4A mode is great for high speed rain along with traction control when not running rain tires but mud tires.
