Does the knocking in this video sound like a bad FDU? Only happens in 4wd while accelerating above half throttle.. replaced CV axles but still happens. Only started happening after getting Billstein 5100s installed but they're only set to 2" so my angles are still good.

My guessing is that the axles are not fully seated in the diff.

2" lift you say? that's enough to pull apart the CVs ( or yank the drivers side outta the FDU) if you dont also do the diff drop.

Isn't a 2" lift on a non sasquatch the same as just a 1" level on a Sasquatch? I see lots of people with that and don't have this issue, not trying to sound like a smart ass btw I just thought a 2" lift was fine for CV angles. Here's a picture of my angles incase you were wondering

Looks less than the angle I've been running on mine. Not that that is confirmation that it's fine, just some anecdotal evidence.

Checked the bolts on the drive line and the FDU mounts? There's also that TSB for the FDU mount cracking, worth checking out.

I've thought about that FDU mount TSB but I have no idea if it would cause a rythym sound like I'm hearing. Maybe I'll pull the skidplate off and take a look
