I'm nice to a fault (so my wife says). It's the COMPLETE lack of communication that is setting me off. If they just said we F'd up and will do our best to work it out I'd be fine.

If the manager is "not in" again, ask when he will be in and don't let them get away with saying they don't know.

Be waiting for him at the appointed time when he gets there. Be early.

Being nice + listening to what they're saying + trying to understand why they're saying that will get you very far for defusing a dealership that's bound to be incredibly defensive about this.

You have the paperwork and data that's on your side.

Email received on the 26th, replied to right away. Funny part is based on the FL registration report they sold on the 19th (attached). Went in on the 27th only found out this am after running the VIN report they did indeed sell it out from under me.

If they are like my dealer there is never any pro-active communication and when I call, email, etc rarely do they reply. I usually have to go up there and then be told they know nada.

Seems like my sales guy is taking notes from your dealer. I've literally had to plunk my butt in view of him to get any information. Then, after threatening to do, brought my wife. With August 15th approaching, I see another in-person meeting in his future.

it's funny how quickly the crowd jumps on someone who's been wronged by a scum bag dealership. It really shouldn't surprise anyone by now.

Sorry your Bronco was basically taken from you. I hope it gets rectified without too much hassle. Good luck.
