Those look good. Did you install any lift/leveling kits or just swap wheels/tires? If no lift, do you have any rubbing?
Removed crash bars and bolted on. Perfect amount of "poke" with these wheels and non-Sas flares. IMHO.!

No one setup is best for everyone, and most setup choices are compromises.

I have a 4dr Badlands SAS with the 2.7l. My Bronco priorities are a comfortable on pavement ride first, a comfortable rough gravel/dirt road ride second, and a capability for mild unimproved road/rock crawling 3rd. Too much anxiety for me to take my new $60k+ vehicle extreme rock crawling all day.

If I did it again, I would likely go with Badlands non SAS. Why? 1st, the Bronco Badlands w/o SAS has enough capability for me off road (drove one at off-roadeo). 2nd, I feel (may be convinced otherwise after more testing) that the smaller wheels and tires would be easier to dampen over rough gravel roads. The larger tires help smooth out things, but I believe that in my case the less weight of the 2" smaller tire would out way this.

I would also likely go with the smaller 4cyl engine in order to get the manual transmission and the 4.7 gear ratio if that is still available. I have no complaints with the 10 speed auto as it is well tuned to the engine. However, now that I have take the roof off a few times, I keep putting my hand on the shifter wanting to shift myself. I did not expect that.

There is inherently nothing wrong with either choice. Good luck!!

I went with sasquatch on my Badlands because I wanted the 4.70 which a better pairing for 37's. Sure you can re-gear, but it all depends if you want to do that.

I began this thread as a means to find out the real difference between having SAS and not having it is that it has a lot of stuff comes with the SAS is standard. My order has SAS on it, but I feel a lot better now that if have to drop it from my order to get built than Iā€™ll go that way. I do prefer to keep it but if I donā€™t get scheduled over summer than yes Iā€™ll drop it. Thanks all.

Non-sas for me. I planned to replace the wheels and tires after I got tired of the stock "pedestrian" wheels. That lasted about 5K miles. Everglades wheels and 315/70r17 KO2s went on this weekend.

Thanks! Quick comparison vs stock (not perfect scale, but representative of the change).

Wonā€™t go bigger than 33s on the 2. Badlands high 7sp. Rips nicely with the Ford Performance tune and motor mods. However, I wonā€™t be looking to change wheels or suspension so non- SAS for said reasons.
That was my exact order. Unfortunately the optional wheels are no longer available for 23.
