Not Texas. I live here and love the state, but 97% of the land is privately owned. There are very few places to go to either trail run or rock crawl.

Borrego springs is a really cool spot to live. ESP if you are retired or work remotely. Just google it real quick. Sure itās in the desert but you can afford ac right?California? He said LIVE, not just off road
lol. A poll is only as good as the questions asked and highly subjective. example, define quality of life?
Brother, no one can handle August down here; brutal as hell.Been to you neck of the woods many times for work, GA Bama, usually a week at a time and I couldn't handle August. The humidity killed me. We went to the company softball game after work and 94 degrees, and long sleeves due to the bugs, I'm not built for that.
I'm sure growing up in that climate would be different, but as they say... "At least it's a dry heat in the desert".
Lol. It's not a poll but I guess you'd have to read to know that.lol. A poll is only as good as the questions asked and highly subjective. example, define quality of life?
its not called taxichusetts for nothing.
I came here to say anywhere but Maryland. Since Iām on the Eastern Shore of MD, I identify as Delaware too. Flat east coast is tough. However, Iām also a boater and you sure as heck canāt beat Maryland for this, except Maybe Newport RI.Anywhere but Delaware.
I love Moab going in May, also want to hit AZ for Grand Canyon where in AZ do you like to off road?Gotta be Utah. Arizona a close second.
Check out Wharton State Park. Aston. Belleplain. also, unless itās marked otherwise, you're allowed to drive on the WMAs. (Youāre ābird watchingā āhuntingā whatever)
The more south you get the more open public land there is. Theres a few active groups on FB that do runs regularly.
My man, Thanks for the hospitality!Hey, come on down South man. I personally donāt like the state of Florida at all, but canāt argue that itās popular if you like being hot. I like at least 3 seasons.
Tenn, GA, NC and VA are all great states with good jobs and lots of area to camp, wheel, hike, hunt, etc.
Think you should do a few visits/vacations, then look into work options; youāll love it down here.
Really? As big as your state is. Thatās a shame. Not Texas. I live here and love the state, but 97% of the land is privately owned. There are very few places to go to either trail run or rock crawl.
