Ok, I admit I've never even heard of these. It's apparently an after market upgrade group doing G wagons as well as other vehicles.
I pulled out this morning behind one and had no idea what is was. I was able to get along side and was still a bit bamboozled.
It's not as wide, tall or overall big as my Badlands. More squat. But it sure looked interesting.
I couldn't get any actual pics so I grabbed a couple from their site of the version I saw.

Assuming it's basically a rich man's toy? Not really sure of it's off-road prowess.

They are a German tuning company that primarily focuses on Mercedes.
Usually appearance packages with a bit of actual mechanical improvements as well.
Been around for a long time.
Imagine Roush or Hennessey...but German.
G-Wagons are actually pretty capable. Before it was a "rich mans toy" it was a military off-roader.

Brabus has been around awhile in the Mercedes tuning world same with the G-Wagen. Now is this a rich man's toy? All depends, for some a Bronco is a rich man's toy too. I will say when I was stationed in Germany I really wanted one of the older 2 door Gelande wagens that were more German Army vice Newport Yacht Club.

Brabus went the way of Dinan for BMW. Before MB had AMG and BMW really implemented "M", Brabus and Dinan did some nice performance and appearance upgrades for MB and BMW. Kind of redundant now, so they try and sell with some pretty extreme looking appearance packages IMHO.

If that seems like a lot of dough, look up what a G4x4squared costs.

A wealthy community near me in the western suburbs of Chicago called Hinsdale has a lot of G-Wagons. I see them often when driving through on the way to my dentist. (Quite a few Broncos as well.) None of them look like they do much other than drive around on pavement.

I got the courage to try a tough steep climb in my 4R after watching a G wagon make it look very easy. I'd never own one over my current Braptor, but they are very rugged, capable and come with portals. I'd also go for an AMG one over Brabus.

Having driven them in the military, I can attest to their capability. Legit offroaders in the right spec. Gangster rapper and NFL player spec is not off-road capable however. I would rather have an Ineos Grenadier.
