I'm thinking not as loose of gravel as assumed......I have seen inferior parts on Fords but never a broken axle on something that wasn't abused......
Thank God I didn't order the cameras.....
Photos of break down and gravel parking lot that it happened and got towed from

Sad that everyone starts blaming the OP.
It is what it is. I have been a 4x4 enthusiasts for over 30 years and broken many axle as such I have learned not to full lock. The intent of the post was to see if this was an issue others have had. I am glad to hear it isnt.

Sorry to hear this Mark. I'm hoping it was just a defective part, and you'll get many smiles to the mile when you get 'er back home.

I’m glad you did. We won’t know what issues are one-off and which might be systemic without posts like this, so thank you. Let us know what Ford says, and hope you guys back out there soon!

Waits forever for Bronco due to manufacturing delays.
Gets Bronco.
Bronco breaks.
No parts available due to manufacturing delays.
You hit the nail on the head there.

That’s lousy! But, think about all the people who have no Bronco to fix. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I once bought a brand new Honda XL 250 enduro bike. I had it three days when a front fork burst . I took it back to the dealer. It took them THREE months to get the part and make the repair. And there wasn’t any virus to gum up the production and parts making chain. I made three payments before I got the bike back.

Bad CV joint from the supplier . If all the CV joints snap that easy we would hear about it from the rodeos and demos. I’ve seen plenty of CV joints fail in the first 40 feet off the assembly line.
