Anyone in your group running an ADS setup? I've seen them talked about in the Toyota world, but curious how they compare.

Not at the moment. We were offered to buy a set a discount to use for the review but it’s still incredibly expensive. I’ve heard raving reviews and I’ve seen a Bronco do the rubicon on their stuff. No personal experience though.

I also dropped PSI to 24 and did a chalk test. Made an improvement in ride. Still ironing out kinks. Remember I have D load rated tires that support 3500 lbs at 50 PSI lol

Couple questions on the Radflo's. Are they the extended travel for the sas? How are the the resi's mounted in the rear? Existing holes or did you use the self tappers into the frame?

Any tune done on your shocks? Or just riding as they come? How is your ride feeling and steering?
Stock King tune, with the compression adjusters set at 2 it rides equal to stock SAS. Dropping it down to 0 and they are pretty smooth, more so than stock. I have the Icon UCAs which add back in caster, steering is good and just a little firmer “ more effort” than when stock due to that caster wanting to pull the wheel to center.

Ok, I took the Bronco out to my local OHV park and jumped it six times, took it around a track at 60 mph on rough terrain and then lowered the PSI to 8, ran around the track again before airing back up. Seems to have helped the suspension settle a bit up front and I think it sank about 1/2” overall up front. My steering “seems” to have improved but it’s still to early to tell. I’m going to experiment some more with PSI, get the tires balanced before there are some vibrations, then next week I’m getting a rear adjustable track bar and trailing arms installed. That’s about all I have left to try before I throw my hands up and scream.
I don’t want to get my hopes up but the jumping really seemed to have settled the front end.
King has been working with me directly now and is telling me the front end seems high to them as well so if this doesn’t work I might have faulty coilovers somehow.
The ride on the dirt was pretty nice though TBH. Here is hoping I have a Bronco that drives good by the end of the Month!

i flexed it out again after the jumping and I gained 1” of tuck in the rear (same droop) and 1/2” more tuck front (same droop).
This might also be because the spacers are allowing it to flex without rubbing

Thanks, would you happen to have any more pictures of the Radflo's on the other bronco? Getting ready to install mine with icon tubular uca, rear upper and lower icon control arms and track bar.

You should be able to fix that with an alignment. Aftermarket UCAs alter the caster/camber adjustment range, but shouldn't impact steering after adjustment. The caster, camber, and toe should be adjusted to match the factory spec for sasquatch.

All I got right now. Waaaay more coming soon. Just a word of caution, the front Resi on the Radflos mounts above the shock tower. When we cycled the 37’s with the Icon UCA, the UCA came up into the resi and bent the bracket. I believe any UCA would do this and it has nothing to do with Icon and everything to do with the Resi placement. Cycle your suspension after install and verify clearances and make adjustments if needed. These high end suspensions require tweaking.

Keep us updated on what King tells you. I also sit too high, 2” over SAS and haven’t had any luck with support at King beyond telling me that’s just how it is. My shocks also shipped with the wrong top hats to give some perspective on manufacturing timeline.

Glad to hear they're working with you! In my experience King has been one of the better suspensions that we sell and we have always been more than happy with the ride quality of their setups. I hate making excuses for aftermarket parts. There's nothing worse than telling a customer that they will be making some sort of compromise for the part you are putting on. "Your truck looks great now that we've lifted it BUUUT......."

I love my Radflo's. I've been using Radflo for years on my FJ and 4Runner and they always seem to be very easy to dial-in. With the ones on my Bronco, they only thing I had to do was change out the rear springs for heavier weight ones. The stock rear ones I had came with 500lb springs on the top and the bottom, and because of that I had sag, even with them preloaded all the way.

So I changed them out with 600lb on top and 650lb on the bottom, and now it's perfect, even allowing me to crank them down some more if I need to. In the front I have no rubbing, but that's probably because I chopped the crash bars off, leaving just enough room to mount the reservoir.

Here's a before of the rear with the top spring cranked all the way down and still giving me squat:

Nice! I think the biggest difference is you have what look to be 35’s? And also an aftermarket wheel. Assuming it’s offset?
On the Radflo setup he is running factory wheel and JKS tire clearance kit with 37’s. No sag on the rear end or front. He gave Radflo his specs and they sent out appropriate springs.
Here are his bent resi brackets.
