My general rule is the more CR hates a vehicle the more fun it is.

That is almost exactly what they are doingI hope that CR was not comparing the Bronco to a gas economy car, cause is not
I don't understand why they don't frame their comparisons so that it is compared to the Jeep. Like for the points based rating it makes sense to just present the numbers, but for all of the word salad talking about how it has more body roll than a Prius, no duh. That is almost exactly what they are doing
Right on the money! I loved Jalopnik back in the day but after the last exodus it's just click-bait and fear-mongering. As for CR, it should be renamed the Average Consumer Report ... which for the average consumer a Bronco probably isn't the best choice if you're just wanting an appliance to get you back and forth to work and the car pool lane I guess it'll validate your CRV or RAV4 purchase.Jalponik quoting Consumer Reports?!?! I have a picture of what that looks like:
Plenty of fun vehicles didn't make the list. I really can't fault this list as not a single vehicle listed is surprising. Land Rovers, Jeeps, and Mercedes vehicles make for generally terrible ownership experiences unless you enjoy frequenting your local dealership while the Bronco and Jeep are niche off-road vehicles that come with compromises, manufactured by brands not known for high overall quality or reliability. My general rule is the more CR hates a vehicle the more fun it is.
lol what are you on about?Consumer Reports is a "Hard LEFT" Mouth Piece.......Who CARES!
Not a single person or company told them it would be a cushy SUV.I feel bad for all the people who bought one expecting it to be a cushy SUV.
Yes, I keep telling myself that I should have gotten a Kia or Dodge instead... Not.I don't trust CR, but if we are being honest, Ford's quality sucks.
