His plight his posts and his efforts are no different than what I did and it shouldnāt matter anyway itās the same situation and weāre both customers. Itās not against him at all, itās against Ford CS.I think what the person you're responding to is trying to say, is you're making a lot of assumptions that it's a gender thing. When it's much more likely that Ford simply isn't doing a great job at customer service and op got really really lucky. His plight, this post, his efforts likely made more inroads than whatever you tried to do to get your sport replaced.
(BTW I cringe when I see mansplaining term still used in 2021)
