I agree, Manuals have moving parts that spin even when in neutral so some noise is normal but they don't usually sound like you are dragging the neighbors fence down the street or loud enough people approach you with concerns to inform you because they can hear the noise from 20ft away. Cold or otherwise.
Is there a video of the noise from 20ft away somewhere? I am curious as to the sounds.

I don't think anyone made one, but there are several individuals reporting people approaching them to tell them about the noise. I'm actually headed out of town so I can't make one ATM. Happy to add the link if someone does. Otherwise I can try once I return and get someone to record me.

I am guessing I don't have the issue then since no one has done this to me.

I think you misread the spreadsheet. I only have 5k on my Bronco and I’m on my second transmission.
Oops it was the one next to you, @BK80.

the severity varies, not all are as loud and its highly influenced by temp but glad to hear you dont think this is the case with yours.

This is what mine sounds like. In neutral, also while driving in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th.The noise goes away after about 20 mins or so once it warms up. I also want to point out that it shifts smoothly - Usually happens when the temperature is below 50 degrees.

Yep, that's the noise! Thanks for the contribution. No mistaking that noise.

Mine makes the same noise. The motor is also annoyingly loud in a bad ticking, typewriter sounding kind of way. I know there’s a TSB for the 7mt sound but I’m in no rush to bring it to dealer, wait, and potentially not fix the issue.
Hello there! If you are able to send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info, I'd be happy to look into things on my end.

Mine sounds like this, too. But, IMO so did my 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie 6-Speed/Cummins,
2004 Ford F250 ZF6/V-10, 1992 Ford Bronco ZF5/302 V8. I just chalk it up to normal Clutch flywheel racket noise, but some of you all may experience grinding, or gnashing noises? If so, that would make me more concerned. My 2 cents, FWIW. Have fun out there!

This was the first thing discussed at length last year, no amount of throw out bearing or full transmission replacements have fixed this. Would also not explain why putting pressure on the 5/6 gear synchros with clutch engaged would eliminate the sound

UPDATE TO ORGINAL POST. SUGGESTIONS OPEN TO MODIFICATION.

Things to test
1. Start vehicle after cold soak of >12hrs and allow to idle with clutch out in neutral
A. Do you hear bubbles/grinding/scraping/rocks?
B. Near transmission case on outside is it louder? (MAKE SURE VEHICLE IS NOT IN GEAR)
2 . If noise is present
A. What is environment temps? 50*F and below is where most report the noise
B. Does it come and go with warming up and driving
C. Is it always present?
D. If you leave car in neutral and clutch out, put slightly in 6th position.
a. Does noise disappear? Does it reappear after back in neutral?
3. Drive slowly 5-10mph. in 1st and 2nd. Do you hear scraping?
A. While slow rolling with clutch pressed and in gear, do you hear scraping?
B. Hear it In reverse?
4. Do you have any burning smells? (May not be related)
