First off I am Liking these even more now that I returned from a long road trip with some more off-roading thrown in. Off-road still about the same performance and feel of the stock sasquatch set-up but on twisty mountain roads they really do add improvement in control and feel. Plus it just looks better!

Funny you should ask about the headlights. Someone flashed me for the first time since last night. I've had it for almost a year and 12k miles and that was the first time. But I don't plan on adjusting the lights. One out of hundreds if not thousands of people I have passed since the install tells me I'm still good and I like the beam pattern.

As far as the adjusting the clips after install I'll have to look. There are several ways to do it on the vehicle( plenty of you tube videos), but obviously better to pick the height you want from the start. I've done it in the past on my Tundra and it wasn't bad. UCA's are not necessary at 2" lift or less. I would maybe start to think about it over 2" but I have yet to see any posts about anyone not being able to get it back to proper alignment. Les Scwab had no problem with mine at the #4 setting which was supposed to be 1.7" lift but gave me exactly 1.5".

My suggestion is to pick your front end height the way you want it. Go with the higher clip setting if you are on the fence between two heights, the rears can be done in less than 30 minutes each (1 hr. total) so you can adjust that height up or down really easy if you want to change the rake.
Thanks for the added comments - I'll likely start with #5 setting and see where that gets me.

What vendor did you purchase the 6100s from?

Shockwarehouse.com

They were in stock and everyone charges the same from what I found. Free shipping and had them in like 5 days from across the country.

Installed the 6100s and very happy with results, though still have a 1.25” rake
Used the position #5 setting front and rear which was supposed to raise the front 2.0” and rear 0.9”, to bring up the front end about an inch. Stock Badlands Sasquatch had almost 2” of rake and now 1.25”. Looks good but would have done the rear at position #4

tires are 35x12.5 Nitto RG on 17x8.5 +18 offset
These cleared before the 6100s and feel like plenty of room for 37s, just not sure worth sizing up for my use.

honestly feels like factory ride on the highway and will report back after I can get them off road. Short trip on gravel road at 35 mph and feels like they absorbed bumps nicely.

PS also added the Zone UCA

What's up with the dust boot? Thought they weren't supposed to be used on the 6100's. I didn't try to install them but was under the impression that they wouldn't even fit if you tried

Wow, that stance looks PERFECT! I'm excited as I have a set of 6100s ordered, and am intending to keep the factory 35s.

With your 35s, did you get the advertised 2.0"/0.9" lift, front/rear?

Why the new UCA? I understand that the 6100s are the same length as the OEM BIlsteins, and thus shouldn't change the suspension geometry to necessitate a different UCA design.

Again, it looks great!!

Honestly not sure, but now you have me thinking?! Ford dealership installed it and didn’t bring it up, but I’ll check instructions and see what Bilstein recommends.

Instructions I got said to take the stop out of the top of the boot. Re-use the stop and discard the dust boot

I have always done so on the 1/2 ton trucks I level and seems to be easier to align. Probably not needed but seemed like reasonable $500 upgrade. Here’s a side profile which shows the rake still 1.25”

Now the performance. The front end is noticeably stiffer on the road in a good way. The highway ride seems more controlled and confident on mountain twisting highways and less front end dive under hard braking which I feel is a plus. Around town you lose a little of that softer plush feel but hardly noticeable.
Bummer - that's the exact OPPOSITE of what I was hoping to hear - I want to take away some of the harshness of the stock Sasquatch ride quality on-road. So far, I've dropped my tire pressure down to about 35 to help reduce some of the harshness of the stock suspension - I was hoping to hear that the 6100's would help absorb more of that harshness, but it sounds like the opposite :(

I just installed the 6100s on my Badsquatch, and in fact feel that they're more compliant than the OEMs. The ride is less jarring, and as a result more controlled - exactly what I was hoping for... plus the added ride height.

Attaching a photo below - note that I have an 80-lb. winch setup up front, on factory modular bumper.

Has anyone done the 6112s with the Bilstein springs instead of stock Ford Springs? tiny bit more lift and as far as I can tell tad more spring rate???

For the two door, just like she did in the Sara Tuned video, you would need to order the sasquatch springs specific for the two door. Bilstein says that it is only compatible with the sasquatch pkg on all models except the Badlands, Wildtrack, and FE. So unless you have one those models you need to order sasquatch springs for your model, engine, and 2dr or 4dr. Even putting these on the stock setting is going to give you a decent lift unless you already have sasquatch springs.

Mine arrive today and I'll be installing them myself this week. This video from BN is pretty good. Shows exactly how to do the removal and install though it is not specific for the Bilsteins. Those other videos show you the Bilstein specific parts but I think this one is very good for the actual install part. Plus it shows all of the tool sizes required.
Just to be clear. These 6100's will fit the BL non SAS with the factory springs? It's just the other lower trims it won't fit due to the smaller OEM springs? When I search through Bilstein's website; it says no products found for the BL.
