Highway speeds in my part of the country are 80+ minimum. Hell, we set the cruise control in my wife's Pilot to 95 ish on road trips. Bronco should be capable of that, I'm sure.

Yea, from what I can see that seems to be the case, not sure why I was thinking of 120 but either way I would be surprised if they didn't at least match that in some high performance trim.
I'm assuming it's limited because the OE tires are only S speed rated (112mph), so they don't want to let you go over that. I agree that there shouldn't be any reason the high performance Broncos can't hit that same number.

Triple digits In my STi gives me white knuckles. In a Bronco? No thanks
Lol I used to be like you until I took my 84 bronco up to 115 mph on boggers and went around a slight bend in the road. It was an experience I'll never forget.:giggle:
I can imagine, and white knuckles in the STi? Damn, my Audi, old Mustang and old Boxster were fine at those speeds when I used to push it

Amen Drew, I quite frequently when to the 120-130 range with my fox body because friends would say to me " it won't go 140 ( speedo went that high) and I would always say "let's try" just to scare them and it always worked at anything over 130 they were "ok that's it", But I had it tickling the 140 on the speedo a few times (just ask my wife). And YES it was very sketchy . Had my TJ over 80 twice and that was it !!! scarier than 140 in the 'stang. so for the Bronco I would say 90 would be tops !!! It's a truck with off road tires. If you want to go fast with 4WD then get a Grand Cherokee SRT8.
