King Kong 37 is projected based on the 4WP lift build?6-17-2021: Table 4, items in yellow/red have been updated.
I believe there will be multiple ways to get there.King Kong 37 is projected based on the 4WP lift build?
Spacers are cheaper at the tradeoff of performance, Coilovers are better for full performance, at an increased cost.so now I know whether itās a base or an OBX, I need a spacer or coilover...
now I just need to know what that means.
Badlands with 35 will be just short of the Badlands SAS.6-17-2021: Table 4, items in yellow/red have been updated.
Let me quote myself...I just watched this Town and Country Ford video yesterday on them mounting 37s and 35s WITHOUT sasquatch and they all fit. Even though you wouldn't be able to wheel with the 37s because they didn't take into account turning the wheel over an obstacle or curb. But it's still interesting and they also go with +35 offset on the 37s.
If you want to do something for looks only, you may be able to bend the rules a little and do a budget lift, but you want to be cautious of tire rub, binding, CV joints and steering component damage or other unintended consequences.
āItāll fit, but will it rub?ā
Thatās what she said.
I clicked @North7's link and it told me to get help, so I guess I'm in the same boat as youI need to quit life.

@BAUS67, I see youāre getting a Base, which makes perfect sense. I assume you are planning to mod it, possibly heavily, and I am curious to hear about what you are contemplating and the process which you plan to follow, given the large number of unknowns about this new platform.Take it from a guy who does this for a living ...
...... this stuff ain't easy.

Can you shed some light on your own personal plans? Given your real world experience dealing with these issues every day, Iām sure your opinion will be appreciated by many others here and not just me.
@BAUS67 good to here how a pro will handle their mods. For the others ways to "fit" bigger tires, are you thinking body lift, new fenders or something else?Maybe some stuff other than suspension to gain some room. but that's another story. There is more than one way to "fit" bigger tires.
