I also went down today to have a look. I was trying to get a closer look at the cactus grey. Its super cute. It’s a lot smaller than a thought. In fact it seemed right about exactly the same as my Crosstrek. I was thinking it would be explorer sized. There were 3, but unfortunately they were buried in the snow or I would have snapped a pix.

Man the Sport interiors are so much better.
Hmmmm . . .
For the longest time, it’s seemed like there was a battle over the interior of Bronco. The “winners” remained on the Bronco project. The sensible people got sent to Bronco Sport. Even though Bronco Sport still ended up with two tone interiors, the seat insert terminates with rounded corners that flow better, attracting less hate.

Have you seen the interior of the ranger? Man I would love to have those leather seats in my bronco!

And my Bronco Sport will arrive within a week.
Now, exactly when do those Big Broncos arrive? (LOL: Yeah, I have one of those reserved, too!)

The Sport would suit me just fine as I don't care about having removeable doors/top, I'm just not a fan of the engine options after hearing about the problems the 1.5/2.0 are having. If they offered the 2.3 in all trims of the Sport I would probably go that route. The Bronco looks better, but the Sport isn't bad looking either.
Yeah from a practical standpoint the sport fits me very well. But just by the mere fact of the big Bronco existing, the poor sport is being over looked

If I weren't going through a quarter life crisis, or if I were say paying for a teenager to go to college, I would be totally going for the Bronco sport instead

The sport has in my mind always occupied a similar space as Subarus. I think of the sport more a competitor to Subaru than anything else. The big Bronco is Fords answer to jeeps

Does Area 51 not seem like a slate blue to anyone else? If it was more dark grey I’d be into it but I think cactus looks amazing
Area 51 is more aqua to me than slate. I was hoping for something close to the color of my sneakers (periwinkle) but it’s not. Cactus Gray does have a hint of green but definitely not mint. Good choice if someone doesn’t want white or standard gray.

IDK....
Thats a lot of beans for a tarted up escape.
:)
We have a MKC and it is nothing like an Escape. One of the nicest rides/comfort of ANY vehicle I have been in, ever!

I would guess that the Bronco Sport is equally (but differently) nothing like an escape.

Great!
Looked at a big bend on a lot yesterday...33k. Still a lot of dough especially for a 3 cylinder engine.
I never said it wasn't any good, so dont take offense.

The Base Bronco Sport has 180HP. For comparison:

1966 Bronco: 105HP
1987 Bronco (much bigger vehicle): 185HP

My main reason for getting the Bronco is I need a new tow vehicle for my RV, and I don't like Jeeps much (had 2). I wanted the Sport as it would have made a great toad for overlanding, but Ford made it un-towable so that was a non starter, so Bronco it is. Just hope my current tow car holds up, a 2006 CR-V AWD w/160K. (and this doesn't count the 60K I have towed it)
