Just explain that the baristas are working hard as they can to get the coffees made and see what he thinks of the situation! You could even point him to the free water as an alternative!

They are different vehicles in appearance. If I love red wine I think it's okay to say I hate white wine without wine fans getting their panties in a bunch. It's an opinion on the design of the car, not an opinion of the people who own one, or prefer them.

Plus, you can tell the design started as a 2-door (obviously) and the designers were, like, "now what do we do?" when it came to the 4-door.

I don't get FORDS tone death responses. I ordered exactly what I wanted from the menu FORD provided me. Now they are telling me if you want the steak you ordered, we don't know when it will be ready, but if you change your order to a hot dog , we'll get it out to you sooner.

Not to mention, now they've had 368 work days since we reserved by model, or 543 calendar days to get the stuff they need to make your steak, and they still can only produce hot dogs.
