It’s very late in the game now… but you’d most certainly need to start with them.Can you tell.me who you contact about your dealer convert your reservation without authorization.... I try to contact Ford but no success and they transfer me the marketing department clueless .... I have email exchange with my dealer I was not happy ...

So, this is kind of complicated, because the are two ways for a dealer to handle a customer who wants to wait for MY22, and the preferred method (for various reasons) is to convert and code the order Priority 99… which gets you into the system and saves your place in line. When MY22 order opens, you’ll modify your place-holder order for the MY22 options.Who did you contact, I told my dealer I was holding out for MY22, I just checked and it seems he placed an order using my reservation March 3. I don't care much about the toy, I would however like some answers.
