I have a 2 door Bronco and 2 door Rubi. They are both a blast to drive. They put a smile on my face every time I get in. I had a Ranger and it just wasnt the same. Rode smoother, handled better, but the fun factor just wasnt there. I don't know if it was the longer wheelbase or any other factor. Let me know what you think is the most fun to drive?
I've had a few fun cars, but I'll put the cars and the utility vehicles into separate classifications. My Bronco is fun, in that its amazingly capable and extremely comfortable. But being a 4dr, V6/Auto it's not as much fun in the true sense as my brothers mid-'70s CJ7 with a 304 V8. No top, no doors, borderline overpowered. His was a automatic with Quadra-Drive, it was point it and punch it fun, particularly on the sandy forest roads of Central and North Florida. Every drive in that was an adventure! Not a car, but I also spent lots of time in a Honda FL400 Odyssey, the forerunner to today's side by side's. 400cc 2-stroke, 1 seat and a roll cage. Fast, in that Go-Kart way that you're sitting on the ground, anything above a trot feels like flying. Super fun but not the safest vehicle out there. Back when Honda was an engineering company first and worried about things like laws and legislation later! Car wise, a too short dalliance with a Porsche 944 Turbo was like a long weekend with a stripper. You knew it wasn't going to end well and there would be consequences, but what a ride!

Overall a reliable boat is the most fun vehicle I've had. On the road, Fiat 124 Spider, very nimble but compliant, decent torque but not overwhelming. I had a 2005 GTO but it was too powerful to really use it's full potential, my Model Y Performance is ridiculously fast but again, too much for the road. The Wrangler was fun but only at slow speeds, top down and doors off.

I have been fortunate to grow up in an era where I have driven Chevelles, Corvettes, Grand Ams, Cameros, Chargers, GTO's, and my all time favorite Mustangs. I loved driving 1968 Cobra Jet. It was a blast to drive. The handling and speed was exilerating. I lived in Detroit and drag racing up and down Woodward and Telegraph as kids was so much fun. There was Milan Dragway where they had 1/4 mile stock car racing too. I had a 1970 Boss 302 Mustang what fun. Next to that our 2dr Rubicon loved tooling around in that Jeep the sand dunes in MI. Now we have a Jeep and Bronco. The Bronco is amazing with all it's capabilities and definite a fun machine to play in. But my all time favorite was and always will be the Mustang ♥

When I was young I had a ton of fun driving my '96 Ranger like I stole it. A lot of jumping rail road crossings, donuts on dirt roads, going through snow and mud I had no business being in, and general asshattery while driving. But man it was fun, and it was mine.

Now I don't drive like that because I know how much it can cost, and I don't want ~my~ kid knowing he could be doing those things.

71 T/A took it off the strip and put it back on the street with a ram air 3, cops used to smile and ask me to keep it under 80.
But the 6G continues to amaze me.

Ive driven many different vehicles.. on and off road. Id have to say my favorite has been a 991.2 Porsche gt3. With some mods, intake, tb (huge 100+mm), full exhaust, and custom tune. Car was 500bhp stock. After mods is estimated close to 600whp.

First was my '73 240Z back in my boy racecar driver days... 2nd has to be the Bronco as it brought a great smile to my face taking it on the outer banks last year!

I didn’t even think about including boats and side by sides…. My top 123 below. Top pic represents what my Z1 looked like except the white lettering was bright blue and I ran struts instead of shocks when street racing it.

I love my 2 door Bronco MT but when I reflect on all the cars I have owned one brings a huge smile to my face...
My 1987 Volkswagen GTI.
Handled like it was on rails and just the visceral feel behind the wheel has never been matched for me. It was by far NOT the fastest car or motorcycle I have owned but the smiles per mile were the most numerous. I finally lost it to a deer at 230K :crying:

My Bronco is definitely at the top. I had a couple K5s and a 78 Trans Am that were fun with the tops off. 65 manual mustang was pretty cool too. My manual XJ I built with 6” lift and 33s was a lot of fun running around VA and NC when I was in the Navy.
