I've had a few fun cars, but I'll put the cars and the utility vehicles into separate classifications. My Bronco is fun, in that its amazingly capable and extremely comfortable. But being a 4dr, V6/Auto it's not as much fun in the true sense as my brothers mid-'70s CJ7 with a 304 V8. No top, no doors, borderline overpowered. His was a automatic with Quadra-Drive, it was point it and punch it fun, particularly on the sandy forest roads of Central and North Florida. Every drive in that was an adventure! Not a car, but I also spent lots of time in a Honda FL400 Odyssey, the forerunner to today's side by side's. 400cc 2-stroke, 1 seat and a roll cage. Fast, in that Go-Kart way that you're sitting on the ground, anything above a trot feels like flying. Super fun but not the safest vehicle out there. Back when Honda was an engineering company first and worried about things like laws and legislation later! Car wise, a too short dalliance with a Porsche 944 Turbo was like a long weekend with a stripper. You knew it wasn't going to end well and there would be consequences, but what a ride!I have a 2 door Bronco and 2 door Rubi. They are both a blast to drive. They put a smile on my face every time I get in. I had a Ranger and it just wasnt the same. Rode smoother, handled better, but the fun factor just wasnt there. I don't know if it was the longer wheelbase or any other factor. Let me know what you think is the most fun to drive?
