yeah, $1k for the front bumper. finance that thing from ford and it ends up being 1100.

aftermarket will have better bumpers for half that price
That's for the bumper and skids. The skids are probably a better deal than the bumper, but all for $825 is not terrible.

So no base 2.3 manual Sasquatch. Do you have to go up a trim for that or is it just not added yet?

They've known about this for a month or so..

Pricing wise, I'm thinking base + 2.3 + auto + sas - $1500 = base + 2.3 + manual + sas

If they can't do a basemansquatch I might just get the base Base or wait until 2022(y)

Edit, fuck it, I'm not waiting.
Either get 2021 base Base... 2.3 man trans or 2021 2.3 basemansquatch

This whole thing sucks......B&P isn't helping all that much!!! Well, it has really excluded Wildtrak and Outer Banks and most likely Big Bend.

If I go base it'll be a Velocity Blue 4 Door, 2.7, Auto, Advanced, Sasquatch for $42,575.

If not, then will be an Area 51 or Cactus Grey Black Diamond, 2.7, Auto, Advanced, Tow for $43,485.

Big tires are cool.........ugh........not sure!!!!

We are on the same page. I have not played with anything yet, but I just want a manual and cloth seats. The base has a different steering wheel correct? Does the black diamond have any advantages to the base? I am not picky at all the only option that I car about is the manual.

Is the Base or Black Diamond the best options for us manual fans?
I haven’t looked into the black diamond too much, I know it comes with a rear locker in it’s price. Vinyl seats with blue stitching, and more color options. I actually like those black steel wheels that come stock. If anything we’ll just lift the black diamond later and call it good. I just wanted squatch to have it in case I grew into needing both lockers. If that ever happens I’ll just have to upgrade my self at a later date.

Big Bend is the best alternative if you wanted a BaseManSquatch for the 4-door, but now realize that's not an option... No need to move up to Black Diamond.

A Base 4dr 2.7l, autotrans, MIC hardtop would work for me to keep the price reasonable. Odd the tow package isn't available on Base, must be a glitch, need that.

Black Diamond seems a nice upgrade but I would put stronger 2.5" shocks on it anyway. I can't have 46mm shocks on the rough washboard roads I travel, aftermarket will provide. Add aftermarket tires to the Base for ground clearance, better skids if necessary, never needed a rear locker in 40 years of offroading in the Four Corner states.

I just can't see the higher trims having good bang for the buck compared to aftermarket upgrades to the Base.

What tire size would you be upgrading to? What kind of offroading was your normal? Mine at least for the first several years will not be going past anything harder than an "easy" trail or Forest Service type road, no real rocks or mud holes. I'm sure aftermarket will have a good solution for the tow package, Ford has said one isn't available for the Base. I'd really like to be able to tow a small camper with it!

If no manual On 4 door Base, I may just go 2 door Base Mansquatch. $38k Including some accessories. That’s a crazy capable rig for the $$.
Wait - there is no mansqatch available, is there? There wasn't an hour ago, lol. Sasquatch automatically adds auto trans + advanced 4x4.

There isn’t right now but there will be eventually but you can’t even get a Base manual 4 door WITHOUT Squatch on the B&P

I have accepted no manual with Sasquatch. I see with the 10 speed auto Susquatch they add the advanced 4x4 auto. I wanted that anyway. All of this learning curve is part of rolling it out.
I think Ford is doing a great job creating something new.

Shhh, Don't tell Ford, but I very happy with my build. Basesquatch, 2.3, Auto. Squatch includes auto so I'm thrilled and Adv 4x4 (I didn't know Squatch included that, although some of you have been saying that for awhile) and the roof rack/rails are $395 rather than the rumored $800, so I'm good. $36K

VB is just a place holder color until I make my mind up. Might go with it if it's not late availability.

I also noticed as you change exterior color the color of the interior door trim changes to match....pretty cool.
