Any 2023 Bronco owners have the Window Rattle issue?

Must be one of the lucky ones, no window rattles on my 2023 (June 23 build) OBX.

My new wildtrak windows rattle even as you open the door (windows rolled all the way up). Here I'll try to recreate the sound with words....

to-do-do-do-do-do read/say that as fast as you humanly can.

I found some thread where it talked about window adjustments. Just take quick minute to do, you spend more time removing and reinstalling the rubber pieces.

There are 2 located underneath each door, have a 10mm socket handy.

Remove rubber pieces, take note of where the 10mm is placed within the adjustment slot.

Loosen the 10mm and slide inward (towards cabin)

Tighten 10mm in place and reattach rubber guard, whatever its called

NOTE: my front windows have tint and just realized using one touch, it rolls 1/3 up and then auto rolls back down. Meaning, its a bit snug so I need to get it loosened a bit. The rear window tighten up so much moving the adjustment all the way in that the front corner would not close into the track/weather strippping on the forward edge, again, just loosed that one forward side a bit.

Did it solve the rattle, to a degree yes, its still there, just not as bad. My starting point on the adjustment nuts were all outward as far as possible.

Same here - early 2023 build. The screw adjustment @TEAMSLO mentioned helped a lot, but it will still rattle if I hit a bump and I'm only down part way. Before I adjusted the screw it was constantly rattling unless I had it down more than halfway.

Driver door is the worst, but occasionally I get one from the rear passenger.

Psssst.....Hey Ford....we are quickly approaching the back end of Q4.....where's the fix? Come on, it is a window rattle...is finding a fix really stumping the engineers that much?

Rattles with the window down partly, halfway and all the way down. Seems like some former rubber would do the trick. It can't be that hard to figure out.

I am glad this is posted. When mine is half way down they rattle so hard I think there going to break when I go over our bad pot holed roads in Michigan. Must be some s real cheap guiding system in the door. Aren't these trucks made for the off road Ford ?

Recently, on the passender side, got the rattle even when the window was fully closed. The rattle was super loud compared to the driver side. The first thing that came to mind was this thread but it was getting unbearable.

I always drive so never been in the passenger side so I looked the other day for anything loose that can cause any rattle and realized that it wasn't coming from the window but the seat buckle banging against the B pillar. Also saw that there is a pocket on the belt where the buckle slides into to prevent this. That got rid of the rattle! Been super happy since then.

I was going crazy trying to find this noise and was on the verge of tearing into the passenger side doors when I read this. Thank you!

So no TSB / Ford Fix yet? I cant have the dang window down when I am out enjoying a back country dirt road. Rattle is so had sounds like it might break.

23 Badlands- Sasquatch.. Built end of February 2023.. I thought my grandson lost his baby rattle in my Bronco it’s SO bad… I have learned to just turn the radio up…

Exactly! I was told to take it the dealer , and the dealer told me they no nothing of a fix!! Now what???

23 black diamond and I have the window rattle. Doesn’t really bother me though.
