Just got my hardtop replaced under warranty for "material defect". What to look for.

I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the winter "roof squeak" coming from the passenger rear storage area. I tried tightening up everything per the other posts, tried lubing...but nothing helps. hopefully when it warms back up this stops.

Makes me wonder what the weight of a roof top tent or cargo will do to these tops over time.

Wondering if Ford should be in the "tops off" market. It just seems endless the problems with these tops.

Mine sounds like a window is rolled down behind the passenger seat, but it's a 2dr.

Glad to see they replaced it. I haven’t looked at mine yet, not sure I really want to.

Technically mine is too, outside the whistling, but it's less than two months old (since the build).

Mine was replaced, dealership had to order headliner separate from hardshell. Even though they match my VIN to hardtop, didn't come applied

I was just kidding. Glad it's working out. I hope it does for most of us. Just another thing...

Bronco was & still in shop...had TSB for 5th/6th completed (tech says noise free...for now), waiting on them to apply & cured the headliner before glass shop inserts windows/hatch.
Was a stop sale on the top, but think it took 3wks...

Y'know mine was caught in production for five weeks, wonder if it was top related.
