Maybe it’s just me, but I does seem people are having better luck with the TSB vs the updated replacement units.
Didn't need to wait, 28F this morning and it was nearly as loud as it used to be.

Well then, there goes that theory I guess.
We don’t drive ours much in the winter, the little we do there is definitely a noise on colder starts. Guess I’ll just continue to live with it for now and hope one day it gets sorted.

I have 45k miles, my noise has stayed very slight from the beginning and is not there in summer, but I'm hesitant to have it torn apart if it doesn't fully work.
Mine was coming back as the temperatures dropped after getting the fix(including in gear sometimes) my dealer offered me pretty much what I paid out the door for it to buy it back in October so I took the money and ran - they still have it for sale- the bronco is missed i loved it other than the transmission noise and I hope the transmission issue gets resolved but I feel better about taking the money and running every day I hear about this not being resolved

Temps have been dipping in the 30's here in southern california, mine has been rattling away when cold (idling and in gear when rolling while off the throttle). Still shifts so well, so I'm hanging on to my original synchros until a more definitive fix is out. Absolutely love driving this thing regardless.
The TSB has maybe been updated but ford issued a fix and TSB about this time last year if not earlier
When I picked mine up from being diagnosed the dealer mentioned the TSB had been updated from TSB 22-2371. Does anyone know anything additional about that?
Edit: Is TSB 23-2019 the most recent?
It was updated to change the part numbers and to include 23MY
23-2019 is the most recent.
