Two mechanical things so far.
1. To get the rear passenger d ring bolts off the bumper has to be removed.

2. To replace/fix the passenger lower trailing arm the gas tank has to be dropped. All they had to do is reverse the nut/bolt and it would be fine.

3. The tire carrier and camera assembly is two part numbers, so you cannot repair just the broken parts, AND it's $2000 lmao.

Hard Top not sitting flush, random slight rattle causing ptsd, Gear Change sometimes feels choppy in the 10 A, all these recalls popping up around the time of purchase. Engine feels like is has potential to be powerful (2.7) but sometimes feels lacking.

15K miles and no issues really. Annoyances? Here you go:

1) Double honk when exiting with the keys in my pocket.
2) Climate controls - it never wants to stay on recirculate unless blowing cold AC.
3) Drive train feels a bit sloppy to me. I LOVE the 2.3L motor though and would not change it to the V6 if you paid me.
4) Cheapo interior plastics
5) Stock stereo is hot garbage

That is NTSB feature then Ford brono all drive assist cars have that warning.
The double honk for sure and the wobbly widows that do a double wack when you close your doors I wish there was a way to stop that. Aside from lowering the window a tad before you close it.
Wobbly windows are DEFINITELY a damn problem.....

sure can be.
For my experience only when closing the door when inside.

Wobbly windows during opening the vehicle I have not experienced that.

I have learned that people close the doors to hard. You can pull or push the door shut inches from the latch. No reason to launch it.

My ex wife used to slam doors so hard your ears hurt. I'd have to tighten hinge bolts twice a year. Glad that is over with, but our daughter has some of the same tendencies.

The feature that sounds like rocks rattling around in my engine while accelerating. Awesome 2.3l!

Premium price for a vehicle just to get cheap plastic interior is a disgrace

Tailgate not opening all the way by itself for sure. If I latch it open and let the gas spring do the work, it only opens 1/4 of the way, and if I try to force it open it slams back towards me once then gracefully opens.

It might be me, but the bitching of the plastic quality isn't really an issue IMO-I've been in other vehicles and I didn't notice a huge improvement over what was in Ford products-this is even in the days of people bitching about the US Focus having a shittery interior then the European one-when I said and touched both of them.

The premium price your paying is to be able to remove the top and its off road abilities, if you use them or not.

Having expectations of luxury interior at this price point is a bit disingenuous. IMO the Tesla S and 3 models have plastic and interior styling roughly the same as cheap ass Ikea furniture and aren't anything to write home about.

I have all of 2,300 miles on my 2023 . I consider the vehicle about perfect. A 50 year difference from my previous Bronco, and I have enjoyed the upgrades.

1. The auto stop
2. sometimes finicky getting the doors closed just right
3. there is one super small hole where I don't get reception on my way to work every day it bounces my music source from cell to FM or XM too readily
4. Needs bottle holders in the doors and back seats
5. I visit allot of gas stations

There have been many more features that I didn't expect to love.

Without a doubt it’s the engine auto stop/start feature. There isn’t a close second. Owners should be able to disable this without having to spend money rather than pressing the button every time.

6K (not 6Million lol, thanks for pointing that out Tex) on my '22 2 Door Base, 6speed, 2.3L

1. Having to turn off the engine auto start stop every time (i know there is a product i can buy but still.) Should be a way to change the default to off.
2. Pressing OK to "Return to Eco Mode" every time. There should be an option to change what mode is the default.
3. The clutch rattle/grind for 10mins after a cold/cool start.
4. Headlights not turning off after you exit the vehicle. Don't know how may times i have locked up and had to unlock and manually turn off the "auto" headlights.
5. How easily trim panels scratch and scuff. Ok now I'm nit picking.

Love my Bronco.

However, if I were to have made a couple design changes to it, I would have added around 12-18" in overall length to the 2 door models, for just a bit more cargo space would have been nice. Plus I think it would have looked more proportional as well. I am thinking sort of along the lines of the original Jeep Wrangler unlimited, prior to the Unlimited name becoming a 4 door.

I am sure I am in the minority on this one, but I would have also given it a permanent hard top option, maybe offered a power sunroof in the hard top version.
That is about all the fresh air and sunshine, I will ever need or want.
Don't ever plan to hassle with removing the roof or the doors for that matter.

That permanent hard top would have helped taken care of the top shortages, the initial and some ongoing removable hard top problems, and taken care of the wind noise issues.

I never cared one bit about the top being removable on mine. Most likely my top will never come off, unless it is to simply try and work on it to seal it up properly to stop some of the wind noise.

so for some fresh air, I should open the window all the way or not at all? That seems silly in design aspects
sure can be.
For my experience only when closing the door when inside.

Wobbly windows during opening the vehicle I have not experienced that.
Mine is a soft top, and I get no issues with my windows.

At Ford race school they will not allow you to drive with windows partially open. It's all the way open or all the way closed. That's how I drive all vehicles since.
My choices: HVAC, windows down at a stop, or top off, doors off.
Windows down a bit on unlock, rather than door latch pull to make opening easier would be cool.
